General rules1.1. Terms and Conditions specified below constitute the entire agreement between Space.casino (farther "Casino", "We", "Our", "Us") and you (farther "you" or "Player").

Gaming account3.1. In order to start playing in Casino, you should register and set up a gaming account in Casino.
3.2. During registration process, you will fill special form. You should fill it only with correct and reliable information. You should also specify your e-mail address. Be sure to specify real and utilized e-mail address, otherwise you can have problems with password recovery.
3.3. You should also specify "Username" and "Password". Do not disclose this information to anyone. Casino is not responsible for the loss of this information as well as for any actions of third parties received this information from you in any way.
3.4. You can register only one account. One account per residence address, IP address, PC. If you register more than one gaming account, all your accounts will be suspended or deleted, and all your bets will be void. Besides, your winnings and bonuses received or accumulated during the period of use of several gaming accounts will be void as well. We can request you to return funds withdrawn from your accounts. If you want to register a new gaming account, you should contact Casino manager via email@example.com. In this case, your current account will be suspended and you can register a new one. If this fact is found out without your participation, all your accounts will be suspended.
3.5. In case of requesting self-exclusion, Casino will immediately block your account and prevent the Player from playing using this account. It’s the Player’s responsibility to notify Casino about any other accounts of the Player and he should promise not to register any other accounts. Casino will take reasonable efforts in order to prevent the registration of new accounts but it’s the Player’s sole responsibility to make sure that it won’t happen. Casino cannot be held accountable for potential losses of other accounts.
3.6. As the Player, you have the possibility to set a loss limit (among other limits). In order to clarify the functionality of this limit, the loss is based on the deposit amount made by the Player and not received winnings for deposited amount. If the Player, for example, deposits 500€ with a loss limit of 100€ and the Player goes on and wins 2000€, he can still lose more than 100€ from 2000€ balance as it’s based on the initial deposit but not on winnings.
3.7. Casino reserves the right to use additional procedures and means for verification confirm player’s identity. It can include a selfie photo of the player or the document proving his identity.

Deposits into account5.1. If you want to start playing on Website, you should make a deposit using any of available methods.
5.2. When you make a deposit in currency different from the currency specified during registration, all conversion fees are paid by the Player.
5.3. According to certain circumstances, Casino can provide so called "bonus" to the Player. The deposit amount for obtaining bonus (e.g. first deposit) and its size are determined by Casino and periodically published on Website. Read more about active special offers in the section «Bonuses».
5.4. Deposited amounts will be available on account balance within sometime after the confirmation process of your deposit. Before withdrawal of funds all previous deposits should be confirmed.
5.5. Website is not an exchange office and therefore it does not execute any conversions between Bitcoin and any other currency.
5.6. It’s the Player’s responsibility to ensure that all documents provided for verification are genuine. Provision of false or counterfeit documents can lead to confiscation of deposits and potential winnings.
5.7. Minimum deposit amount per transaction is 10 EUR/USD/500 RUB/not limited BTC.

Withdrawal of funds6.1. You can withdraw money using any available methods on Website during replenishment.
6.2. We try to process requests within several hours, however in some cases it can take more time. Also note that the speed of money withdrawal will depend on payment system.
6.3. Casino reserves the right to transfer funds using the system different from the one specified by the Player.
6.4. In case of necessity of personalization of the Player, the period of request processing is calculated from the verification date of Player’s documents.
6.5. If Casino has mistakenly credited money to the Player’s account, which does not belong him, this amount remains Casino property and it will be deducted from the Player’s account. If Player withdraws money, which does not belong him, the mistakenly paid amount will be treated as Player’s debt for Casino. In case of mistaken balance replenishment, the Player is obliged to notify Casino immediately about this via e-mail.
6.6. Minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 20 EUR/USD/1 000 RUB/0,005 BTC.
6.7. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is 4000 EUR/USD/250 000 RUB/0,5 BTC.
6.8. Daily withdrawal limit is 4000 EUR/USD/250 000 RUB/0,5 BTC. Weekly withdrawal limit is 10 000 EUR/USD/600 000 RUB/1 BTC. Monthly withdrawal limit is 30 000 EUR/USD/1 800 000 RUB/3 BTC.
VIP Players or Players who won jackpot can be an exception.
6.9. In order to withdraw funds without any fees, the Player should wager the Deposit at least 3 times, otherwise commission covering the fees of payment systems will be charged from the Player – up to 10% of withdrawal amount.
6.10. Each Player can request one withdrawal of funds per day and up to seven times per calendar week. Withdrawals breaching these limitations will be canceled and the Player will be notified about it via e-mail. If withdrawal amount should be divided in several parts due to payment system limits, such withdrawal requests will be considered as one.
6.11. Casino carries out payments via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and via Payment Transfer from Mastercard. Used credit card should not be a corporate credit card and should be released in certain country.

Account closure7.1. The Player can close his account contacting Casino support service. The Player will get all funds from his balance, net of operating fees for processing the relevant payments. Payment method is selected at Casino discretion.
7.2. Casino reserves the exclusive right to close account and return remaining funds to the Player, net of operating fees for processing the relevant payments.
7.3. An inactive Account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for 12 (twelve) consecutive months. If your Player Account is deemed to be inactive, the Casino reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent in another currency (or the current balance of your Player Account, if less) as long as the balance of your Player Account remains positive.
You authorize the Casino to debit this fee from your Player Account on the beginning of the month following the day on which your Player Account is deemed inactive, and on the beginning of every subsequent month that your Player Account remains inactive. The Casino will stop deducting the fee if the account balance is zero or if the account is re-activated.
Player’s Responsibility8.1. The Player is responsible for all actions taken in Casino using his gaming account.
8.2. The Player is aware of the fact that gambling on Website may lead to losing money.
8.3. The Player assumes the obligation not to carry out illegal financial transactions, legalization of proceeds from crime, and any other operation violated applicable law via Casino.
8.4. The Player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to his winnings according to the laws of Player’s place of residence.
8.5. The Player confirms that knows and understands the rules of games. It is at Player’s discretion to find out the payout percentage for each game.
8.6. The Player acknowledges that he does not use funds of third parties for making deposits.
8.7. In case of double spend, the account is disabled, all funds are seized in favor of Casino.
8.8. You agree that in case disputes in order to contact you, Casino employee can use any contact information specified on Website.
8.9. If the Player fails to provide the requested documents within two weeks from the date of request for withdrawal, the withdrawal of funds is canceled, and the Player’s account is disabled. In this case Casino has the right to suspect the Player in illegal activities, Casino fraud, provision of false information, cheating and other fraudulent activities. Casino reserves the right to cancel all bets and winnings, or to use funds from account of such Player for compensation of its own losses and potential losses of third parties.
8.10. Casino prohibits the Player to make a collusion and does not allow using any kind of robots and programmed devices. Casino reserves the right to void any winnings, which are result of the use of robots and/or programmed devices.
8.11. The Player is aware of possible errors or incompleteness of provided software, he agrees to refrain from taking any advantages in such case. Moreover, the Player agrees to notify Casino about any error or incompleteness. If the Player fails to fulfil obligations specified in this clause, Casino has the right for full compensation of all costs related to the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred according to such error or incompleteness if the Player failed to notify Casino about it.
8.12. The Player agrees that if he violates these rules or Casino has reasonable grounds to assume that the Player has violated the rules, Casino reserves the right to suspend his gaming account, cancel all bets, refuse to pay out his winnings or use the funds on the Player’s account for compensation of its own losses resulting from such actions of the Player.
8.13. In the case of any disputes, you agree that server records can act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.
Limitation of liability9.1. Casino service is provided for entertainment purposes only.
9.2. Casino does not warrant that the provided service meets the Player’s interests.
9.3. Casino is not liable for computer malfunctions, poor communication and other problems that have arisen on the part of the Player.
9.4. Casino does not guarantee that the software and Website are free from errors, but it will try to correct them in the shortest possible time.
9.5. Casino reserves the right to carry out preventive works for software and hardware with a temporary suspension of service provision.
9.6. Casino is taking effective measures to protect Player’s private data from any unauthorized access and making it available only to parties involved in provision of gambling services on Website. Notwithstanding this, Casino is not responsible for how the information is further treated by the third parties, for example, third party software providers. Treatment of Player’s private data by such parties is subject to terms and conditions of these parties, if any.
9.7. Casino reserves the right to terminate or change any games or events provided on Website.
9.8. Agreeing to the present Terms and Conditions, you save Casino, all its employees, as well as service providers on Website harmless from and against all claims for costs, expenses, damages related to your gambling activity in Casino.
Anti-fraud policy10.1. If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to:
- participation in any type of collusion with other players;
- development of strategies aimed at unfair winnings;
- fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers;
- chargeback procedures with a credit card or denial of some payments;
- provision of incorrect personal information during registration;
- other ways of cheating;
10.2. Casino reserves the right to retain payments, if there is suspicion or evidence of manipulation of Casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any Player or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated Casino system or attempted to do it.
10.3. Modifying photos of requested documents with any kind of photo editing software’s is not allowed.
10.4. Trying to wager deposited amount at least 3 times solely in table games (roulette, blackjack, poker and others) before making immediate withdrawal can be considered as fraudulent actions against Website and payment systems. These decisions are at sole discretion of Casino management and not subject to revision.
10.5. The use of Website as currency exchange office is strongly prohibited. We reserve the right to approve only withdrawals to payment systems previously used for deposit (larger part of player balance).
